Admin action

About a month or two ago I fell asleep playing on my two accounts, and on the following day i went to play and both have admin access denied, i emailed from both emails but i have yet to hear anything and as well i noticed i also now show no permission in dev+. Was seeing if anyone else had similar issue.

 

what do you mean Admin access denied? falling a sleep in the game should have no effect on anything. unless you were using a bot which EULA prohibits. So if you were and not responsive that is the same as unattended botting.

 

When I nod off while playing (which has happened a disturbingly large number of times), my avatar simply goes afk.

Anyway, nobody on the forums can help you. Only support@portalarium.com can help you.

 

I emailed them a month ago and no response, and could have thought bot i guess ha was just killing stuff from a rock ha. Thanks for responses, both did say kicked for afk which has happened multiple times for me as well just never blocked by admin ha

 

Had no bot on, hmm. I just didnt wanna email again since it says not to send multiple but almost months is quite awhile lol

 

Yes I would definitely email again. Lots of changes in staff and less devs to investigate overall for the game now.

Yeah if it's what you were doing it explain why you don't have acces anymore... depending on what's was happening but said like this.

You cannot exemple kill mobs from a higher point they can't reach you or its consider botting if your afk, or exploiting a bug if it's one (just what I think)

 

Did you get an auto response ticket? It's possible your email was lost/missed when they moved offices.

 

You can kill from rocks if the mobs are archers.

 

I've fallen asleep while playing many times and the game would just log me out for inactivity...

 

Put in new email just in case, and yea was archer and mages, hopefully they let me have the accounts back ha

 

Both of my accounts when i woke had the usual afk log out so i dont know

 

Interestingly, afk is currently broken....

 

And so the plot thickens...

 

Killing stuff from a rock and then falling asleep and continuing to do so does not sound like intentional playing it sounds like an intentional exploit or a bot.

 

Another month after se and email and still no contact, and sorry @Sylence not trying to create a dispute of what and what is not an exploit, especially since there is to many sides when it is about war or combat in general, im pretty sure any archers defending a castle would disagree with an exploit and call it strategy haha. Just wanting to see if the slow response was normal or i should just give up ha.

 

guess it takes time for them to review your account history. I am sure if they look back and see every night you log on your second char and sit on a rock gaining experience while you sleep then you probably should not get the accounts back or should just have the players wiped. But if it was just a one time thing then maybe you have some wiggle room. I would suggest not logging on two accounts sitting them in a safe place where they can gain exp right before bed. It really just seems innapropriate.

 

So how do you push buttons while sleeping? I really need to learn this trick, I am good, but I am not that good.
