[Known] Artifact Instruments not working on Overworld map again...

    Title: Artifact Instruments not working on Overworld map again...
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? No, but the Fleet Flute is essential! :(
    Details: Artifact instruments don't provide a buff when played on the overworld.
    Steps to Reproduce: Equip Artifact Instrument, play a song.

    This seems to be a more wide-spread issue. The artifact instruments are not working anywhere.

    Title: All of the artifact instruments will play music, but there is no buff icon that appears in the upper left corner of the screen, and I receive no buff (same issue whether I am in zone or on overworld).

    Ugh, that's not good.

    To be honest, as soon as I noticed Fleet Flute didn't work on Overworld and Sprint crashed the client... I just didn't go back to try anything else. When you get used to running around at a certain speed, it's just too painful to creep around at slower speeds.

    Yeah, they just aren't working, period. This in addition to Town Buffs are broken again.

    My fleet flute is working. However at times the music does not play on overworld but the buff is working.

    I just tried 5 different Music Sheets in POT, Central Brittany and an Encounter. The Music plays butt the buffs are broken

    I've also noticed that it doesn't work in Middle Downs, not even on the overworld map. Music plays but no buff.
