[Known] Devotional Buffs are not working

    Title: Devotional Buffs are not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Devotional buffs are not working either (no buff icon in the upper left corn of the screen & no buff); however, buffs from obsidian potions, regular potions (such as haste), and food are working (they do give the buff and the buff icon).
    Steps to Reproduce: see above
