Title: Not just a tooltip error! Stacked shield of air makes focus transfer ratio worse

Details: With 120 shield of air skill, and 81 dex:

• Casting a non stacked shield of air says it has a 1 focus transfer ratio. If I let a mob hit me for 10 damage my combat log shows I lose 10 focus instead.
• Casting a 6 stacked shield of air says I have a .8 focus transfer ratio. Sweet!! However if I go get hit by a mob for 10 damage my combat log shows that I lose 12 focus!!!!

Stacking makes the focus transfer ration WORSE

(Note: Stacking works correctly for the attunement increase. Its just the focus transfer ratio that is messed up. The tooltip says it has decreased, which would be better, but looking at my combat log I can see it is actually worse.)

This should now be fixed in build 772 or later (not released yet.)
