[Known] New Character - Long curly hair missing transparencies

    Title: New Character - Long curly hair missing transparencies
    Reproduction Rate: 100% on new character
    Blocker? No
    Details: I believe the black part of the material isn't being rendered transparent, it looks like she's wearing a bunch of flat pieces of paper with hair squiggled onto it. Easiest to see with White hair color.
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at long curly white hair.
