    Title: Dash on Overworld "You Cannot use this on the overworld"

    Reproduction

    Blocker? no

    Details:

    Rate: Attempting to Use Dash on Overworld, Dash does not activate on Overworld, chat message displays "You Cannot use this on the overworld"


    Steps to Reproduce:

    Use Dash skill from non combat bar on the overworld


    User Specs:

    The Dash icon on non combat bar is grey on overworld.
