[Known]Solace Bridge: Raymond's Hammer can't be found + no use of a ladder to a possible location

Blocker? quest given by Raymond can't be solved
Details/Steps to Reproduce:
- Solace Bridge area don't provide the hammer to finish Raymond's quest

- A ladder at location marked below can't be climbed up - may be there lies the hammer? We don't know

Having the same issue the hammer is no where to be found.

It seems from some old posts, that the hammer can only be found BEFORE the attack that makes the scene change. yet others claim they found the hammer afterwards. I ran all over the place and didn't find it, so I hope this gets fixed!

Also, I want to point out, that even after I spoke to Raymond about his hammer, I never got a journal entry about it. Might wanna look into that.

 

I found the Hammer after the intro scene. At that point I had no clue about it.
It is missing since rework of the scene.
