[Known] Spawns missing in Upper Tears

    Reproduction rate: 3/3 (3 separate trips into the instance with over 15 minutes between, even hours logged out between)
    Steps to reproduce: Enter scene proceed to spawn points
    OS: Win 7 X64
    CPU: i7-6800K @ 3.4GHZ
    Ram: 32GB
    GPU Nvidia GTX 1080ti
    version: SotA.Win.63.877
    Area: Novia_R8_Hills02_01
    Areas Display name: Upper Tears
    Loc: Multiple

    Several spawns in this area do not appear. Normally there are 2 in the building(47.5, 6.7,, 163.6), 2 just west(-1.7, 10.3, 199.8), and some others north(4.4, 6.9, 134.2)

    These spawns no longer appear.

    There's a bigger chance than normal that this area will be empty, but Sannio is going to do some tweaking. 63173

    They do seem to appear if you are in the zone for a while, and it appears to be a random issue. They are appearing sometimes immediately, and others not for a while.
