Funding Discrepancy on The Ticker Vs This Article

When the funding ticker was on the front page, it said we were almost at the Traveler's Wagon. This front-page article says we raised a lot less. Which is correct and if it's the higher number, can we please correct that article? Thanks @Serafina

 

this happens every month. i saw it get to about 54.8k before it started plummeting. it really needs an official explanation.

 

That's where we were six days ago.

 

Either the article is not updated or/and people bought something without having the money for this; payments does not get fulfilled.

 

The article is the update that is prepared before Friday and goes out somethime Friday. It never has reflected the current Friday's amount, it's always been a week behind.

Since the mailing now points to that page, they could update it so that it was curren.t

Give that they have stopped updating a number of things they updated before the pruge, I wouldn't hold my breath that they'd remember to keep it current.

So to answer the original question both are correct, they are just representing the information at different times.

You have time to post a ‘zillion’ links but no time to update the stretch goals? Why not just have a link in all the stretch goals to one stretch goal location that is always kept current?

Edit: no offence intended btw, I just find your reasoning confusing.

 

We do update the stretch goals in the original post, not just every other location where it is reposted.

 

And fine. I have taken time away from other work I was doing to update that article mentioned.
