    Title: [781] Cannot fish in Blood Bay
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: I tried different spots and couldn't find one where I could fish.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Blood Bay with lava fishing option open, use gem lures or minnows and try to fish. The utility bar slots with baits/lures seem to be locked up.

    Also tried Oracle Colossus, cannot fish in lava there as well.
