Memory usage seems High - Not sure if an issue

    Title: Memory usage seems high
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker Not sure
    Details: Memory usage seeming to be consistently over 50% on a 16 gig RAM system. Not sure idf tha tis expected or not
    Steps to Reproduce: Running arounf Owls Head
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16333
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti GPU RAM: 3040
