No Iron in Spectral Mines

I just entered the Spectral Mines for an evening of iron mining. There's no iron here! The skeletons are here, as are the coils of rope, but absolutely no mining resources at all. Playing on SotA.Win.64.884.Date.12.14.18.

I exited out of the map and back into the Solania Catacombs, then returned to the Spectral Mines. Still no iron ore.

Another oddball problem: I went ahead and picked up the Dragonbone Throne. Immediately after, my water elemental was attacked by a Hardened Skeleton. I wasn't able to touch the skeleton at all. In fact, he ignored me completely as I continually did 0 damage each time I struck him (with a polearm). I ran away to another enemy and was fine again.

Same issue - I waited through 2 respawns of mobs but still no ore except this one (see pic and location on map) but I cannot access it to mine it.

 

Confirmed, there is no iron ore spawning in Spectral Mines
