    +5 Magic Resistance and +8% Water Fishing Bait Recovery ???

    Does that really mean Only in water or is that just a left over from before Lava Fishing was introduced?

    Please clarify.

    In my view, it's just mislabeled (at least for now... things change!). The Bait Recovery skill also specifies it as Water Fishing Bait Recovery, yet has an effect on lures when fishing in lava.

    Yes I read it a little after posting so - - -

    since everything us player say is speculation, Devs?

    To do the math would just be a lot of work to 8% to show would be insignificant unless you had data from over 5000 casts :-(

    Actually the easiest way to figure out if that 8% is working would be to try the devotional blessing on a character that has not learned the Bait Recovery skill and see if the bait/lure is ever recovered during a cast.

    That sounds pretty specific to me. Before lava fishing was a thing, why would they even need to put the word "water" in there?
