A few questions about it, I have a hard time believeing it’s factual. But if it’s posted it must be true right?

It's their predictions for what they think might happen during 2019, not a statement of fact that it has happened.

 

The word 'predictions' is right in the title.

Well what I linked was put in discord, and prob not the real or whole facts of the sitation.

 

And of course it comes from Eliot Lefebvre, whose never had much nice to say about SOTA. Massively OP would do well to find writers who are less cup-is-half-empty on every game.

 

Because he is always negative does not equate to him being wrong. Let's have a dance party.

It's difficult for someone to be wrong about their opinion. However, it is at least disingenuous to post a screenshot of an opinion, without context, that could easily be seen as a statement of fact.

Love the game or hate the game. If anyone wants real discourse about it, lets keep facts and opinions clear. Also... bring bacon-chocolate-chip cookies. Cookies help all discussions.

 

Honestly the guy is quite negative about the majorith of the games. I took him at being funny.

 

Yeah that first screenshot is convenient it lacks the context of a "prediction". Pretty see through attempt at discrediting the game by whoever posted it on discord or that pos subreddit.

I guess any sort of future expansion includes monthly updates? cause that will be proven wrong very easily.

I'm totally in the negative camp on things... but when I'm negative I try and post it with reasons why and what I think would make it better.

 

Its called fear, uncertainty, and doubt, and its the only thing keeping old media running besides sexualized advertorials.

 

do you consider websites to be 'old media' or are you merely looking to add unnecessary political commentary?

 

Sadly most of these gaming websites are nothing more than clickbait.

 

I referenced that post because that’s all that was posted in discord the whole prediction piece was absent.

 

That means you are a critical thinker, not a negative one. People (not directed at you macnlos), and especially the devs, need to understand the difference.

Edit: And healthy projects need critical thinkers, even computer game development.

 

"Massively" is 100% old media, in terms of who is running the company, their business model, and their product. The fact that its broadcast medium is over the web, is irrelevant in this case.
