    Not in the picture is a racoon riding a bike T-shirt and a boardgame from my daughter.
    Also daughter lost her tooth last night so the tooth fairy visited too! This i think will be one of the more memorable Xmas for her.

    Didn’t open all my presents since my wife and I are out of town, but I got a 3 pack of bourbon lip balm, a local PA whiskey bourbon and a Chewbacca bobble head for my desk in work so far!!!

    When my daughter asked my 14-year-old grandson who lives a few states away from me what he wanted for Christmas, he said he wanted to come see me. Him saying that was an incredible present. Having him here was such a joy. My mom who almost died a few years ago was able to come to "Mom's Party" as we call it so that was a blessing. For me, the gifts are nice and I appreciate the thought that went into them. But being around my family is the greatest gift I could ever want.

    Early December I got selected from a German hardware forum site to test the Aorus Z390 Pro mainboard. My Christmas gifts circled around that - an Intel Core i7-8086K CPU, 16 GB DDR4 memory and a Zotac GeForce RTX 2070 Mini graphics card.

    So I was busy during the holidays not only upgrading my own PC, but also that from my son and my wife. Especially the latest had Murphy built in, in form of an once expensive BeQuiet power supply, which was not capable to deliver what it needed to. (A weaker one from my spare parts box had no issues here.) And if you rebuild the hardware, you assume all components including yourself earlier as the reason than something, that was left untouched during the upgrade.

    But now it's all completed. (Although still having to complete the test report.)

    Besides the gift to be at home and having time to think, to read, playing SotA, of course, and to be happy, I received the gift of being aware of how valuable it is to be healthy...
