Can not login to latest QA version after QA client update to 789

    1. Title: Can not login to latest QA version after QA client update to 789
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? YES
    4. Details:Updated QA client. tried to login. Hung on login. Queue advance after a few seconds from 1 to 2 and later back to 1
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Update QA client and try to login.
    6. User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
    MB: Z170-WS
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8)
    RAM: Corsair Dominator 16GB (4x4 GB) DDR4 3400 Airflow
    DISPLAY (SLI):
    GPU1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8GB
    GPU2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8GB
    Monitor: ASUS ROG PG348Q 34" 21:9 Curved Screen @ 3440x1440 @ 100Hz
    RAID 1:
    SSD1: SAMSUNG 950 PRO M2 2280 512 GB PCIX 4.0
    SSD2: SAMSUNG 950 PRO M2 2280 512 GB PCIX 4.0
    PERIPHERALS:

    Same here, Windows 10 and GTX 1080.

    Stuck at login queue position:1

    Interestingly, I was able to play earlier with patch 789.

    I did however just update my GTX 1080 driver to the latest 417.71 and then restarted the computer.

    Reproduction Rate: Could not reproduce.

    Details: No issues from my perspective, although the "Stuck at login queue position:1" issue that @Jaesun may be simply not waiting long enough, as this is the first time that I have waited for almost 5mins for it to get past the queue in over 4 yrs. (There were 1 or 2 in the queue's each time).

    This was related to some server configuration issues as we are testing new server hardware. The QA server will be down for maintenance briefly as we work on this.
