Where's Portalarium Support?

I realize that Sarah has left 11 days ago and she was the go to person we, and or I was having correspondence with via emails. So my general question is Whom is responding to those Portalarium Support emails? I haven't gotten a return email since Sarah left 11 days ago. I am trying to make sure my POT and its connections are good to go before the release comes out at the end of this month and I want to know the last day I can actively conduct business in my POT . Basically I am trying to conduct some SoTA business, where is the communications at ?

 

My guess is primarily Chaox, but also anyone that has a moment to check the support inbox.

 

I’ve been waiting to go get a deed transferred to a water deed since 12th jan and still no action or response to any emails.

you can always check the various qa builds. right now on qa build 790 skalabrekka is nested in paxlair from a wagon at the central bridge.

 

It's me! It has been quite the quest to take over the many style of technical issues that Sarah handled expertly. I worked last week to get a bunch of previous cases caught up, and began working with Keith on Friday to understand all of the nuances of Player Owned Town services (transfers, unlocks, upgrades, etc.)

I'll reply to your support ticket today, I've been familiar with your case since last week and been tracking details. I can say here that Sarah and Sannio excel at the work they do and your request was not missed, its just the communication side that has slowed for the moment as Sarah's CS work is transitioned.

A couple of month ago we had an average response time of 14days or so. I don't say i want to get back to that of course but i think most of us can cope with a delay if we keep in mind that Sarah has just left to CIG.

This is not Legends of Aria support where you email/discord a support request and never hear back. Many players on loa are missing rewards since the rollbacks in December 2018 and no response to their requests.

 

All my POT requests had been followed up by Sannio in the past.

 

@Ragnarr Lodbrok , I would make sure everyone has used the Magic mover to store their homes no later than Wednesday, this way on release you just go in replace all the lot markers where you had/want them and when your done folks can regain their lots. Leave NO POT deco out in the town,there is a great chance it will get lost, just pick it all up.

 

He is the best at what he does.
