Saving in game mailbox reciepts?

Can someone walk me through how to save my receipts from the in game mail system? I would like to keep a record of them for reference at a later date somewhere other than inside the games software.

I have read the HELP section (Discarded mail is logged to a file in a directory parallel to the one that contains chat logs). But it lacks a bit of detail in how to actually go about viewing them and possibly storing them somewhere other than inside the software?

Any tips or further instructions on how to do this would be appreciated.

I collect all of them and just store in a box till I find a better way

There is a vendor tool that allows you to upload my discarded mail and creates a nice little dashboard of your sales.

 

I keep everything in a small writing desk in my office.

 

If on windows on the start button type %AppData%

You want to navigate to here:
AppData\Roaming\Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar\DiscardedMail

You get a file per character per month

 

You can type /datafolder in the chat window to open the correct folder. A subfolder there named DiscardedMail will contain a log of all mail that was discarded.

Yep, a few months ago when the contest started up for most sales, but it was a bit difficult for me to get worked out and was not feeling like learning anything at that time, feeling a bit more energized as of late. Thank you also Scooby Doo. I like the visual of putting it in an office type desk.
Will work on it this evening, and let you know if I am still stumped!

Got stumped, was able to upload first couple months of 5 months of data, but could not get the last 3 months to upload, just kept spinning?

Will try later for the rest of it, not much in any of the file 10-20 items, +but figure it would be good to get it in as well as this month and going forward
