Animation for banish broken

    Title: Animation for banish broken
    Reproduction Rate: pretty often
    Blocker? no
    Details: I get no animation for casting banish (pretty annoying).
    I had that issue also in previous releases, but could usually solve it by zooming in or out a little bit.
    Now its broken most of the time.
    Note: I can see other animations and also banish by other players, but not my own
    Update: seems to be independent of graphic settings.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32693
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GPU RAM: 11048
    SotA.Win.64.898.Date.01.31.19
    Area: Novia_R8_Hills02_01
    Area Display Name: Upper Tears
    Loc: (454.6, -67.9, -168.5)

    Update: seems to be fixed in build #901.
    At least I could always see the animation.

    No banish animation hurts
