    Title: Deed upgrade bug
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:Right clicking the quest reward "Player Owned Town Village Lot Deed" received from the Oracle, allows it to be downgraded to a row deed for 9 COTOs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try upgrading this item

    @Echondas - It might be right since it is a smaller lot, but removes the POT requirement (And probably the no-trade requirement).

    @Echondas I think it still needs to be looked at.... Starr's post today said 9 Crowns but the screen capture above says 10? or did I miss something?

    This is an intended upgrade path. From Starr's post, the deeds in question here are:

    • Player Owned Town Village Lot Deed (no trade) 29
    • Row Lot Deed 39
    Because the Row Lot Deed is a higher "category" of deed (Place anywhere vs POT), and it's crown value is higher, 39 vs 29, it is an option for upgrade, and the price is the difference in the crown values, so 10 crowns. Note that the prices listed are not upgrade prices, but the crown value assigned to each deed, and the upgrade price is the difference between the two deeds. This also means you can price check for bigger jumps, since the in-game UI only currently supports one jump at a time.
