R61 Postmortem Livestream Rewards

    Check your account, I won something as well at that telethon, and it hasn't shown up in my rewards box in game, but it is sitting in my account, and only gives me the option to gift.

    I put a support ticket in, just waiting for that process to proceed.

    In the rewards window there is a claim button bottom right that will move the item to your rewards box.

    Ahh. You are talking about the prizes from the livestream. I think he was referring to the R61 Postmortem Livestream Rewards.

    From my account page. I have them going way back. However nothing is listed for R61. Even though I made multiple purchases during Friday livestreams. December and January. Has anyone seen it listed? Or am I jumping the gun?

    I used very precise language in my OP.

    With us now being half way through Release 62, it would be unreasonable to expect that the rewards would have been awarded in-game.
    However, with us now being half way through Release 62, it would seem reasonable that they would have been noted on our Special Rewards tab on our Account Page.

    Yup. We're on the same page then. The Special Rewards tab in the Account page does not reflect the rewards which should arrive in some future release. The "Add-Ons, etc" page shows multiple purchases during Friday livestreams for my account.

    So I'm guessing it's an oversight.

    I suspect it's likely attributable to @Chaox being down with a back injury, and @Chris picking up those responsibilities in addition to everything else he has to do.
    I was hoping this post would serve as a gentle reminder of that which needs doing.

    Since they've not already done so performing the task manually each month probably takes less time than it saves to make the process automated, development is full of trade off like this.

    I am softwaredeveloper. And it id often said that automatic cost us much more...
    Example: hey how much to automate this?
    1 Day/8 Hours.
    Oh.... and how long does it take manually?
    4 Hours.
    No let us save this 4 hours for this sprint.

    .... next sprint again...
