Thank you for your clarification Atos, I am glad you are going back in your decision. What about the forced single player mode in sieges? It will stay in that way or we will go back to the normal matchamaking multi/friend/ solo?

Ok I'll buy that, but you do know if you talk about the problem to us we might be able to come up with a solution or at least options.

And not to drag it out but as soon as players started to bring it up why did it take days to come out and correct it.

I will not delete thread but it can and should be locked TY for the answer.

Edit also take a look at the 4 other threads covering same issue. at least 4

Can't talk to you guys about the problem because, the change made last release, it was an attempt to fix an exploit. We just need to never punish everyone for the sins of a few. We'll fix it in a different way next release.

Did no one think maybe it was a bug and file a bug report?

adding the cap was not a bug, it was added to the draft notes. changing it back from forced multi was announced by different devs different ways and i asked for clarification in the notes draft thread.

so no, a bug report was not appropriate, for either change.

    Ty again,

Now along those lines, Instead of the line hap hazardly thrown in; . . . 80 / 100 for sieges. You could have said. As a result of an exploit we are having to set a cap in Sieges at Adv level 80 and Skill levels 100. This is a temp fix until we can work on how to actually correct the problem with out totally shutting sieges down completely.

Now I am not saying siege where being fixed you clearly said there was a problem and it is very possible to head it off a Cap would be needed until a true correction can be found.

That alone would have taken every bit of the heat off the subject.

I know I jump hard on you guys but when a line in notes appears like that with zero support you have to expect some kickback. And since it really does affect me pretty hard. I am going to kick pretty hard.

Also please lock this thread you have cleared the answer and are also doing so in other threads the trolls are just feeding of this. Or I can delete it the response has been gotten and the players who need to seeit have.

Another severe overreaction full of supposition and fearmongering to keep the devs from trying anything new. Guess they can stick to safe stuff like fish masks.

    Bravo.

    OMG.... @Weins201

1- You think VERY highly of yourself. That's great. You ARE special just like your parents told you.
2 - You didn't jump hard on anyone - you were rude and high jacking every thread in your most recent tantrum.
3- News flash - you are not entitled to ANYTHING. Not in game or in life. Grow up.
4- You are not developing this game. I am sure if you did or worked for Port you could tell them how they are doing everything wrong...but the FACT is they arent doing it YOUR way or on YOUR schedule.

Lastly - and this will be a huge shocker to you - you do realize YOU are the troll right?????

    Welp that explains alot

Well to be fair we didnt know the reason at the time. There is a history of bad/sudden chsnges you know and being loud about it is sometimes the only way to get attention to issues. Sometimes over months.
