    Title: Target Dummy not visually showing up for people

    Details: Target Dummy not visually showing up for people on our guild chapter house. I am here and hitting they can't see it.
    Steps to Reproduce:place dummy have others come to use. they cant see it. verified in another house as well

    A co-owner of my house placed a dummy and it just vanished into thin air. The dummy is currently missing in action on the lot, no one is able to see where it is.
