    They have about 200 boxes remaining to ship, that are going out in small increments.

    I was told mine had already been physically shipped 6 months ago.

    They couldn't provide a tracking number or any further details, but they said un-ambiguously that it had already been shipped out.

    I appreciate with the recent turn of events, move and changes that things are very backlogged and things are prioritized however it would give people a bit of reassurance if there was mention that those of us still waiting haven't been forgotten. (it may have been in the last livestream but I haven't been able to watch it yet)

    Then it was likely lost or someone stole it. :( Not sure what your recourse options are.

    Where did you hear this? The last thing I have read was Chris said there were roughly 400 left to ship and he would try to get 25 - 50 out per week. I believe that was early February.

    My last email to Port. I got the auto reply that someone would contact me within 10 days. That was Feb 19, 2019. No reply and no box. It also appears they have stopped reading this thread. Their communication is severely lacking. If I ran my business like this, I'd have zero clients!

    To add to this again, orders that people are placing on their website and via Amazon are getting them BEFORE all the pre orders are finished. This is not the way to do business.

    I just discussed with Atos on the live stream. He will be working on shipping the remaining boxes next week, but it will take a few weeks. he will be live streaming it as he works on them.

    Chris also has another pile of boxes that they had mailed out but were returned. So if you got a shipping notification but did not receive your box, it may be one of those.

    I'm with you, haven't received anything and haven't heard back from support. All I want is a confirmation that I will get my box eventually.
    But right now I'm worried that I will never get anything at all. The communication around this is really lacking.
    As someone who backed six years ago I'm feeling a little disappointed at the moment.

    Yup! I'm with you. Founder Lord... not box, no email, address has been confirmed since day 1, no tracking, no reply back on emails.

    I have yet to hear anything also. I am a Royal Founder Lord Marshall and i have a Benefactor Lord.. Nothing yet, I am worried i will not receive also.. Ive updated shipping and everything.. Would of thought spending $10,xxx+ to support the game overall they would at least support me in sending me my physical goods. #MeToo
