Bandit leader doesn't drop Blue gem container

4. Details:I spent 3+ Hours last night killing the Bandit Leader in Soltown Catacombs, and no Blue Gem container drops.

I also have ran into this.

 

I return almost every day and kill the leader 3 or 4 times, still no drops.

Because I have no where else to vent, and this is not area specific, nor am I willing to attempt to repeat it, I will tell you about how I lost 2 Bronze tool engraving kits. I was dragging them through my inventory and I accidentally dropped them on one of the Yellow quest documents, no message appeared, but both engraving tools were gone. Really ticked me off because I only had 5 Nickel.
