Blocker? no but it is hard to test things when the target does not work
Details: AOEs are not hitting the dummy and DOT damage is not clearing off
Not working AOE

• Death field
• Ice field
• Elysian Illumination
• Meteor shower
• Ring of fire
• immolation

Working AOE

• Earthquake

Dot damage that shows up on the little icon in the upper right does not clear after DOT timer runs out. The timer count in negative until the time is reached then recounts the negative over and over. No more damage is applied after the first timer ends.

Steps to Reproduce: just start casting AOE's and DOT damage spells on a target dummy.
