No Loot Liches (for dungeon owner) - Fall Throne Room, Rise Room

Title: No Loot Liches - Fall Throne Room, Rise Room - Seems only one Party Member seems to see and get loot, never Dungeon Owner.

Details: As the dungeon owner I do not ever see loot on any liches, however, if in a party one member sees loot and can grab it. I was in a party of 2, the other party member could see loot, then when a 3rd member joined, the second member stopped seeing loot and the 3rd person could. Again as the dungeon owner I never see loot on liches, even solo. Kobolds are working fine.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to dungeon kill lich, attempt to loot.

Yes I can confirm I am getting loot from liches now, have not tried in a party.
