Offline Vendors

Title: Vendor Doesn't Work in Offline Mode
Reproduction Rate: Can't afford to test with more than one vendor
Blocker? Blocks trading between characters, but not other forms of gameplay
Details: I purchased the Purple Male Shopkeeper from the Crown Store; the description includes a warning that you need property to place it on, but nothing about it only working online. In offline mode, it places on the lot fine, sits down, lets you change its name. But when you go to add inventory to it, even though it's empty, it just says "This vendor cannot accept more items. Please try again later."

Offline mode allows multiple characters (who may or may be played by the same human in a household), so there ARE other people to sell things to (even aside from the benefit of having NPCs to populate the empty world). If the vendor isn't going to work, there at least needs to be a warning on the shop description so people don't waste their crowns.

Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Buy a vendor in offline mode.
(2) Place it on a lot.
(3) Interact with it.
(4) Select the Manage Inventory tab.
(5) Try to drag something across to the listings window.
