Title: Serious lag generated after attempting to open small cabinet leading to overstack dump exception

Details: The other morning (4/19/2019) I logged into QA and at some point the game got sluggish.. FPS dropped to 10 and the game became unplayable
I had assumed this was possibly something on my end and asked List during the Friday Live Stream, he suggested I bug it, so I logged in again.
Everything worked fine. I reported this to List and forgot about it.
I logged in later and clicked a bugged cabinet in my house to get a /debug report and the previous bug reoccurred... (I have repeated this over the next couple days to verify)
this cabinet only has 8 items in it. (My previous post can be found here.)
It then began flooding the console with errors(see pics below). After several minutes the game crashes with an overstack dump error

Steps to Reproduce: go to Area: Jade Valley (POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Jade Valley) Loc: (-25.392, 36.196, 439.112) and click small cabinet named "Dump Chest"
