I thought I saw a post on this already but after a search I could not find it.
This happens mainly after a network congestion disconnect.
I have seen it in POT and now Snowy mountain encounter
The process is stuck loading at 50% Waiting for character to leave previous scene.
This does not timeout must close the client and reload.
Will pot the /bug report when it loads back in for client specs.
If the client comes back up with Logout / Resume menu when reloading the scene is still not timed out and will get stuck at 50% again. Like now... How long will I have to wait?
Even selecting logout, then relogging in results in character stuck in previous scene.

The relogin screen logout / Resume even timed out.
and when relogging again back to the resume screen. At least please make a patch to this screen to exit to overworld. So its not stuck.
I guess that is a good reason to have an alternate account. Starting second client.

Oh great, Pelican error, network congestion.
The second character is now stuck in a POT.
I have better things to do that wait to reload.

Finally found the other thread with a more abbreviated search.

    This is not resolved.
I don't see real network congestion, but my ISP does have a lot of problems with DNS, I think they are trapping when I use an external DNS. About to set up a internal DNS server with DNSSEC to prevent that.

One other issue I have noted is some of the DNS issue seem to resolve themselves when the Launcher client is closed. It may be a ISP settings limiting DNS queries per second and the client does too many. Or the ISP discriminates against P2P network users.

I waited with my third bundle RP account for the troll to respawn, it finally did on the overwold and was able to relog and go to overworld.

An hour and a half waiting to get back in and the twin trolls not respawning.
