    Title: Tab Key Not Functioning on Login Screen
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (restarted twice)
    Blocker? No

    Details: My preference is to tab between the User Name and the Password text boxex; however, this stopped working and now I must use the mouse. I noticed because I was typing my password in the username field.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start Shroud of the Avatar (I was using the Steam Edition for QA)
    2) Select "Play Online" from the main menu
    3) Enter username in the username textbox
    4) Press Tab key to move to next user control
    Observe: The tab key no longer advances the focus to the Password control.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Ryzen 7 1600
    GPU: nVidia 970

    I am unable to reproduce this issue. Are you still experiencing this bug? Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

    @wizardsmoke Yes, I'm still experiencing the issue.

    Here's a video-- assume I'm mashing the tab key a lot and the focused control isn't advancing.

    I've continued to log in to get the full information from my client:

    Just curious, but in the game itself do you have the "tab" key mapped to any keybinding?

    @wizardsmoke @Mishikal

    Hate to say it, but they are bound identically on my non-Steam regular SotA Instance and my Steam-based QA instance. I've just verified both for any differences.

    I'm giving this the best I've got, Sirs. This wasn't happening before with my Steam Non-QA instance that was removed to install the QA version.

    Any more ideas?

    Interesting... I never use Steam for QA or production SOTA, so I don't know what funky things using Steam may do.

    do you have any input devices connected other than a plain old mouse and keyboard?

    @Alley Oop @wizardsmoke

    I just installed the Non-Steam, Production version of SotA for today's update. Although I can't log in yet, it definitely isn't letting me tab anymore on the login page, just like the Steam QA edition. So assuming my configuration carried over during the patch like it usually does, this problem just started for me on my main client using the configuration that worked normally before the patch.

    Therefore, this issue cannot be explained by simply having a different configuration for Steam.

    I'm concluding that something changed to code to cause this. I'm not sure how many people it will effect, but we'll find out shortly.

    As far as additional input devices, I do have an HP USB Video Camera, Logitech Microphone, and usually a USB memory stick. I unplugged the devices and restarted the client, no effect. Tab works on my other windows and applications.

    I'm still open to ideas about this, so far it only seems to effect the updated version of the SotA client, not the ones from last release.

    Sincerely,

    Engineer
