Introducing the Daily Fishing Contest.​

Starting this month, fishing contests will be held every day all over Novia with some great prizes including

50 Coto's for the catch of the day
25 Coto's for second place
25 Coto's to a random fisherman
+ other great prizes including Top 5 Fish and Monthly raffles.

Not an expert angler? No problem!

All contests are held in only the finest aquariums, hatcheries or preserves to ensure you bring home a big one.

And thanks to the bustling planks of our local pirate contingent, there's always a ready supply of exotic fish eager to nip at anything you throw in the water.

Joining the contest is simple.
Open your LFG and if you see the event, join the party or just teleport over and start fishing.

Contests generally start 7 or 8pm NBT (CST) and run for an hour or two.

If you catch a noteworthy fish, trade it in to Rook Strife right away.

Ties are broken by the first to hand in the fish.

When you are leaving or at the conclusion of the contest, make sure to hand in 1 trophy fish to be eligible for the days random prize and monthly raffle.

Prizes will be mailed shortly after the contest.

Winning fish will be displayed and returned the next day by mail.

All other fish will be destroyed so if you want your fish returned, please specify when you trade it in.
