When you say you have "subscribed" do you mean you're paying $9 a month, every month ?

 

If you go to the Updates page https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=29385 on the right side you will see the current amount of money raised for the Stretch Goals. This is a live count and any purchases on the Add-on store of 1 Additional Character Slot for $5, Signing up for the Subscription for $9, or 750 COTOs for $10 will qualify you and increase the current amount (Once Verified). It use to be purchases were only valid during the Livestreams but people complained that they did not know when to purchase so they made it all the time and made the Current Amount Bar visible all the time as well.

Didn't you mention something about a "gift"? Did you somehow gift a subscription? Could that have confused the system? If so, post in bug forum.

 

This page will show every telethon you have pledged toward. If it's on the list, you can claim them in game. If not, you either missed them, or they didn't get applied to your account. You'll need to contact support for assistance.

This is a user forum, and you are not posting this as a bug, so the chances of someone seeing this that can fix it is low.

"The policy for R61 and earlier was that purchases had to be completed during live streams, or weekends after the livestreams in some cases. Since R62 and on, the policy is now just any purchase of $5 or more during the month (we also offer the subscription option.)"
