Wood pulp requires wax now

    Title: Wood pulp milling requires wax now
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When you changed the recipe to allow more than 20, you made it require wax. This is way too expensive. I'd rather have the limit on 20 and only require scraps.
    Steps to Reproduce: make wood pulp at milling table.

    I'd rather it include an ingredient that is actually used for creating wood pulp :p You know like water... :p The wax requirement is completely arbitrary and silly.

    This is literally documented in the release notes.

    Of course, it was done in the misguided notion that this actually "fixes" the numerous problems with crafting.

    It should be water that it requires, not wax.

    It's not *completely* arbitrary. It's "woodworking fuel", so on a meta level, it does make some sense. Just, not any logical sense other than "crap, I need a gating mechanism for this, kludge something in!".
