Title: Vigilante Archer keeps spawning

Details:Vigilante Archer just outside of west exit of Elven Camp, in Blood River Outskirts, keeps spawning. I've killed him about a dozen times and he spawns right away. It's like fighting a really weak agent smith
Steps to Reproduce:Attempt to shuffle him off this mortal coil and witness as he materializes before thine eyes!

Seems to be all instant-spawn enemies (humans and elves) in the scene.

 

hahahahahaha the spawn rate is hilarious. Stand in one spot and kill / loot / rinse and repeat until you are extremely over encumbrered.

Also, one of the last two patches affected item descriptions. Hover the mouse over the item in your inventory and you no longer see a description of what that item is or does.

 

Check your options. That’s a setting you can turn on or off.

 

Much less funny if you're a weak newbie trying to complete an Outskirts for the first time (and yes, it's the mobs in Highvale too). Mobs that you ought to be able to kill can just wear you down through attrition, since you have to heal and they don't.
