    Dear Mac users and Devs,

I have installed the latest MacOsX Mojave update 10.14.5 and my 20 mins play testing (POT running+Dungeon fighting with lots of Mobs) suggests that the update fixed the Metal2 crashes we had before. Lighting is MUCH better, dark caves are dark again and framerate is what is used to be!

Please test more and spread the word to other Maccies.

To the uninitiated: Mojave updates had the nasty side effect that some broke the fast graphics interface Metal2 with Unity and forced you to use "-force-glcore" as launcher argument in the Launcher (top right gear button). If you didn't us -force-glcore, the game ground to a halt after 1 min or immediately, sometimes crashing the Mac itself.

    Thanks Silberfarn,

I had avoided the latest Mojave update for the reasons you listed. Sounds like we’re good to proceed.
