Lot upgrade housing credits

"Anyone who does a lot upgrade will get 33% credit towards a house for the lot"

Anyone have any idea how does that work?

 

mail him in game with the info on your purchase and 2/3 the crowns needed for the house you want from the store.

 

Thanks! Does that mean, if I upgrade my POT tax Town deed to PA tax Town deed, I am able to buy a town house at 2/3 the price?

Out of curiosity, where is the info found? Had thought this info should be easily available. Not everyone watches Atos' stream.

 

ah wait, i have the amount wrong. if you spent 6000 crowns on an upgrade, you get 1/3 third of THAT amount credit. so that would be 2000 crowns off the house you choose.

as far as i know, he's only menioned it in stream, but he's put up a text overlay with the information for long periods of time, so it should be easy to seek through and find it rather than having to get the few seconds where he spells it out verbally.
