    Dear @Chris,
the Warding skills can be activated and trained with level 0.

Should these not be at the top of the skill tree - or, strictly speaking, should the Warding skill not be THE supreme skill before any other skill needs to be activated?

    Besides:
Could you please make a short stream about meaning of Attunement and Resistance in game and how they are working together? :)

I think alot of people are not sure how attunement and resistance is working - even if they have been playing for years....

    Thank you very much!

I would love to see @Chris explain, but also test resistances, as some people have reported seeing NO difference right now with the warding skills. Also, I would dislike the warding skills to be the ones to unlock the remainder of the tree, as it reduces attunement, I would prefer to see them as a skill that is not linked to the tree, having no impact on the tree and other trees.

Chris explained that it's easiest to just put the warding skills where they are. The devs are working really hard, let's not create more needless work for them, next release is big for crafting!

He said that they currently have to under another skill so he just put them where they are for now. They will eventually get moved to the top and off to the side with no "prerequisite" skill above it.
Yes please! Also, please explain what resistance is actually used for. Is it only good for PvP? Does it only reduce certain effects but not damage?

Nobody claimed they are not working hard ;)

Just have an eye on the view of a new player.
There is information we need to understand how things are working.

The skill system is one of the big challenges of SotA. Understanding it is very important to enjoy the game! :)
And aren't we looking for more players to enjoy the game?
It's not funny to find out - months later - you wasted time with skills you don't need ... because you misunderstood how they're working together ...
And then you get the information: you won't get back 100% of xp you earned to change skills ...

I am with you: there may be some kind of needless work sometimes.
Making this a smooth and enjoyable game isn't one of them :)
