    Details: Novia: Twin Troll Encounter seems to be missing from Novia.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the location of the Twin Trolls Encounter on Novia and find that the encounter is missing.

    Well there was no one else on the map with me, and I just set in the center waiting for a good 15 minutes and he never showed.

    The Novia troll should always spawn/respawn in the area of his mountain pass. He'll despawn when he pulls someone into his scene, but should respawn a few minutes later. 15 minutes is too long a wait, but I can't reproduce this problem and haven't gotten any other reports. For the time being, I'm going to consider this a one-off occurrence but if anyone can share any other relevant details, that would be helpful for looking into this.

    I JUST checked the respawn time, and it was 5 minutes. So maybe just something odd was going on...? But that seems normal now.

    Once someone goes into the encounter, it takes a long time to respawn.
