Make Pattern removers remove patterns.

    Why is it that pattern removers are only good for "Eternal patterns"?
    Those are the one pattern type you really DON"T need a pattern remover for since you can either salvage the item or throw a junk pattern onto the item to remove the Eternal pattern.
    Pattern removers would be much more useful if they could remove non eternal patterns that have been placed as well.

    OR
    At least make it where a pattern remover can not be attempted on a piece it will not give you a pattern from.

    Aren’t pattern removers used to remove patterns from an object to leave the object intact and to take a new pattern?

    I believe the OP is aware of that, but is asking why Pattern Removers won't work for patterns OTHER than Eternal Patterns.

    Because then those patterns would be priced like Eternal Pattens...
