In past releases, binding to a town crier for the first time would give you a small reward (I think it was money, but it might have been XP instead). However, when binding a new character to the Soltown Town Crier today, two things happened:

(1) The crier still says "here's a token of appreciation", but there's no actual reward given.

(2) Instead of the reward, he opened up the quest item window, asking for a mail package for Soltown that I've never been given. (I am carrying mail for a completely different town.)


Steps to Reproduce: Visit a town crier with a character who has never been bound to a crier before, and select the bind option.
