    Details: I completed the Black Arrow quest previously - I happened to be in Ardoris and saw the compass indicator for Tanya Cumpston - "Speak with Samuel". I spoke with her about everything possible - including black arrow, samuel, son, etc.. I also spoke w/Samuel and ask about everything I could think of. I also have a quest compass marker for "Investigate Child Murders" around this location that won't go away either.

    @Echondas I was hoping to get some more information about your character's quest state. This quest has been updated in small ways over time and I think you might be in a weird state. If I know what these NPCs say, I think I can figure out a way to fix your issue.
    • When you say "hello" to Tanya Cumpston, what does she say?
    • When you say "black arrow" to Samuel Redstone, what does he say?
