Travelling Merchant Sandy Chapman still hard at work

I have enteres several encounters labeled 'Traveller'. Sometimes it is the angry Atavists, sometimes it is the pumpkin head men and this time I was surprised to find Sandy Chapman selling his wares. That guy really gets around, doesn't he?

The only "bug" I see with this is that we need more NPC icons so the travelers don't all look like Edvard...

 

@Sannio , I don't think the OP is a bug, Shandy just "gets around" (as he should, because many players haven't encountered him yet)

I put this in the feedback section just to say that Sandy Chapman, one of our familiar faces, is still here wandering the roads and selling a different set of goods now. I thought of it as a feel good thing to see the old guy still hanging around. There is so much change going on it is nice to have something that remains constant in this ever changing world.

If I felt there was a bug with Sandy Chapman, I would have put this in the bug folder instead of feedback. But, thank you @Sannio for reading it and checking with me to see if it was meant as a bug. Thats great attention to detail.

So, this brings to mind a bug that I have reported over ten times that no developer has ever replied to. Is there some problem with the way I have reported this bug, that caused the developers to always avoid replying to it? It has been going on for about 3 months now, and it is still happening in r66, but I have not started reporting it in r66 because it was ignored in r64 and r65.
