My permanent lot deed expired

    My permanent lot deed expired. What can I do to get it back? who do I contact for this error and how do I resolve it?

    the deed expired or your claim on the lot expired?

    you have to login to refresh your claim, even on taxed deeds. if you're a pre-release backer, the number of days you can go without a login depends on your pledge level. when you have a lot claimed, the number of days until the claim expires is listed in the "lot deeds" window.
