Supply bundles will drop new artifacts starting next patch

Goals are great. With 682 yellows saved up in a year I may get 1 belt. Only 63 more years of saving bundles left to go for that legendary. A new goal for me . A casual new player may get a belt this decade or the next so they now have a goal, too.

The one thing I just want to avoid is opening all my bundles and Chris tripling the drop an hour later... Chris wouldn't do that though .

 

Well, not until I open all of mine, at least.

 

Reading this from Sara and the other recent interesting (but demoralising) thread on the amount of exp needed to level Mastercrafting for a 1% increase in chance, I have to wonder, are such measily increments and chances to drop intended?

I mean, 20+ levels for a 1% increase in MC chance and 1,000's of bags to get a marginally benficial artefact buff? Then heaven knows how many drops to get enough to combine for a significant buff.. But I guess this may be intended so items are bought and sold to enhance the gold sinks?

I absolutely do not want dumbing down and a change to the stupid rewards doled out as digital crack in casual PTW games, cookie cutter MMOs and Web games, but I just wonder if our % chances and buff increments are math errors? We know how much math there is in SOTA, we know what a small team they are and we know all too well how often errors in the math are discovered and (eventually) addressed.

 

Got 4 new artys out of 866 yellows. 0 new artys out of 123 blues.

I hate to admit this, but those awful results make me feel relieved that I don't get many/any bundles. Can't miss out something that doesn't exist!

 

I will be selling bundles at this pace. Last 5 consecutive bundles with no either old or new arties. Wake me up when they have something for us swordsmen or when Swords of Speed and Shards of Night can be upgraded to “uncommon”. R/Boris/El Pirata.

What I want to know is where I can get these bundles more frequently?
