Details: Just in case you're looking for clues on crashes. We were on a tour here and two of us crashed within a couple seconds of each other. I don't usually crash, how about you @Janek the Just ?

One thing that may have caused it is Nubby started using the bells in the belltower moments before it happened.

I hardly ever crash, this was a rare occurrence for me.
