    Let's make the first "Old" artifact which will be integrated into the new artifact system is Bacchanal belt. To keep the balance lets make the Rare and Legendary type with just lower visual effects so that legendary belt has the same visual effect with 50 str as 0.1 intoxication level.
    P.S. I don't see the downside of this move.

    I was under the impression all the old artifacts will be getting this upgrade. He said it will take time, and he will do some each release.
