taming necklace bug

details: i have taming necklace with tamed pet on it equipped and unlocked ,when i try tame something to overwrite old pet action goes like normal but always fail and no skillgain.
when i use new empty necklace everything works fine ,seems unlock to overwrite system won't work for me.
steps to reproduce: equip unlocked taming necklace with any pet on it and try tame no skillgain,always fail.

This really needs to be fixed, taming isn't really very trainable or usable now.
