chest permission problem

    Title: chest permission problem
    Reproduction Rate:1/1
    Blocker?maybe
    Details: guild chapter house and I am officer (so default trustee permission, which I checked on property stone). I cannot open a chest which has item permission as co-owner, not been set to private, with trustee permission to remove/modify contents, and trustee permission to add items. As trustee I should be able to add/remove items from this chest.
    Steps to Reproduce: setup a situation as above using two accounts and test
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz (12) System RAM: 24566
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU RAM: 6042

    Loc: (9.7, 43.4, 193.2)
