[Resolved] R67 Multiple Issues

      Reproduction Rate: 100%
      Blocker? I think so
      Details: While in Blackrock Cove, I can not view any lot decorations because they're "still loading". I get the "Potential network trouble!" warning, which does not appear while in novia. I can not access any merchant's shops. Can not access COTO store. Can not teleport out. Can not use the Travel to Novia boat on the docks. I can click it, and it shows the animation of the body disappearing, but then it goes to a black screen with all of my windows open still (https://prnt.sc/o7jd88). Castle gates can not be opened either.
      Steps to Reproduce: Enter Blackrock Cove? Haven't checked other POTs
